Just completed W1R2 found it a bigger struggle than the first run but think I ran too soon after breakfast as I overslept! Didn't want to be late meeting my training buddy!

Well done, you are on the way to being a runner.
Run 2 of each week always seemed the toughest to me. In my case I think there was a little caution with a new challenge on R1, followed by a bit of cockiness and going too fast on R2, with R3 providing the satisfaction of beginning to comes to terms with it.
Running is very dependent on your mental approach and the psychology is fascinating.
