Happy to say havin g started this for the third time following injuries that I’ve completed week 1 and day 1 of week 2. Most runs in the gym having lost some confidence running in the wet after my fall and find I run faster. Today starting week 2 I felt much more confident. I’m 67 with oesteoarthritis and oesteoporosis so I’m determined to get beyond week 6 which was the week I fell last time. Very encouraged listening to “you and yours” on radio 4 this week to hear them endorsing this programme.

Well done.
The plan always gets a mention at this time of year and we always get a large influx of new runners.
Keep going as you are and you will be fine.
