Just finished R3W9 !! Loved every wet and windy, snowy and cold run !! I have never run properly before this but now call myself a 'runner' thanks to Couch to 5K and Michael Johnson!!! I thank you from the bottom of my trainers !! To everyone starting off , half way through or nearing the end ..well done and keep it up !!! It's worth it in the end !!!
