I started today too. I had an Epsom salt bath after, hope this helps. I’ll find out tomorrow. Good luck with your journey.
Hey! I did my first run today! My legs ached a little afterwards but 8 hours on they are seizing up 😣 it hasnt put me off though 😁 good luck!!

Well done on starting! That first run nearly killed me...and now I can run for 20 mins! I still can't believe it! Keep going, it's so worth it. I find lying on my back with my legs against a wall for 15 mins after my run really helps. Plus a foam roller to massage your legs, Aldi have just started selling for £5.99. Good luck!! 😀
