So, here I am, back again, starting from the very beginning again in the hopes I'll actually complete the programme this time after my chronic pain put paids to my last attempt over Summer. However, I'm on new pain medication now, so I'm hopeful I won't have to stop so close to the end again (which was crushing - I'd come so far...), but we'll see I guess? I've also decided to only run twice a week (instead of the recommended three times) to give the pain a bit of time to settle down, and to hopefully give myself a fighting chance at being able to complete the programme. Slow and steady, as Oldfloss always likes to say And yes, it was more difficult (the damn pain made itself very much known today), but I still managed to do the first run of week one, and that's a start. We'll see how we go from there.
