Haven’t posted for sometime but wanted to post so all newbies who are taking up C25K in new year know it can be done, no matter what age or fitness level you have.
I’ve had lots of ups and downs along the way, injuries and illness but I know go to a run club once a week and do park run - me managing 5k ! I’m still slow but I don’t care I can run without stopping which was my aim! Took me longer than some but again I don’t care.
If you’d have said this time last year that Xmas presents would be running themed I’d have laughed but I am hooked, and a number of gifts were purchased from the running shop and I couldn’t have been happier!
So thanks to everyone on here who supported me in my journey, and to those considering starting - go for it and good luck.
