Just completed Run 1 of Week 6 and last one for 2017! Was feeling a little adventurous today so tried 3 30-20-10’s in the 1st 5 minute Run! Needless to say but was blowing hard at the end of the 5 minutes! I took it really easy after that 🤣🤣 I really enjoyed today though and actually looking forward to the 25 minutes in Run 3!
Ok so just re read what I’ve written above and can’t believe I am at this stage in this journey. For anyone thinking about starting this thing. Just do it!
