Just completed my graduation run and I’m totally overjoyed. It’s taken me 10weeks as we had a fair amount of snow hanging around.
As I’ve said before, this is an excellent program and the support and motivation given on the forum is fab.
Onwards and upwards now; my pace is improving and I’m aiming to join my local parkrun as soon as it’s back on.
I’ve never run before and suffer with asthma and joint problems. I’m feeling loads better physically and mentally....now to head for the sales to treat myself to some new running gear! 👍

Thank you, Yes I might do! I usually run the canal towpaths in the day and it’s a lovely place to run.
Parkruns are organised from the Dell stadium on a Saturday morning. They have a few weeks off because there is work going on installing new football pitches 😩
