Wasn’t expecting to run my second fastest run ever today. I haven’t been using Strava since I restarted C25k but thought now I’ve reached W7 I would. Am going away for few days tomorrow so thought I’d get my second run of week 7 done before I go. Set of after 5 minute warm up and it felt good. Then I just ran didn’t think I was going fast just a nice steady pace finally finished and stopped Strava as soon as I finished running before the cool down walk. And then after shower coffee and banana I looked at the Strava numbers and was very pleasantly surprised. I’m still slow compared to the gazelles on here but it was my second fastest run over 25 minutes. So I’m very pleased that I’ve not lost too much fitness over the past few months of inactivity 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That's great, I think there's probably a theory that if you do it for a second time you have the memory of running plus you won't have lost all fitness, I ran with a friend while she built up from scratch and was faster second time for me, although being younger she could keep going longer than me in the end
