Survived Week 1

I am so proud of myself. From no exercise to 3 days of 30 minutes in a week. Yeah!!!

I feel surprisingly good. I was expecting to be much more tired and to have very achy legs.

I am very lucky to have a niece that does half and full marathons and she is really helping me with tips on warming up and cooling down and what to eat and drink after a workout.

Anyway onward and upward as they say.......
