Can’t believe this today, I felt the best I’ve felt so far! Everything just seemed to come together and I smashed my last run of 3.11 miles. It must be all the Christmas cheer I’m carrying 💖😂

Tx Flick. It doesn’t seem much until you run it. Have driven along it many times and hadn’t even registered it went up 😂😂😂😂

Its those long steady climbs that do it. They seem innocupus till you run up them .
