Awesome!! Well done! Bloody hell the first run was the hardest by a long way. The first week is the toughest. But today you conquered the sofa, you got into your running gear and you ran!! Such a fantastic achievement. The next time putting your kit on will be easier, soon you’ll find the runs easier and then you’ll find yourself addicted...and then enjoying it😮🤭😮 true story.Keep us posted! Hi Scrumpy, you are one run behind me :-). I found my second run harder than my first. I stupidly did the five minute warmup before I started the podcast, so ended up doing two five minute warm ups. Then I realized my first four runs were all downhill, and really struggled to finish the total run. Felt quite bad immediately afterwards, but feel very well indeed this morning. Don't try to overdo it, and I am sure you will succeed.

I had the app for ages before I started in July. I’m now up to 10k and loving it. Well done for starting something fabulous 🙂
