Parkrun in St Francis Bay

I normally run the parkrun in Hermanus which is hilly and tough. The first km is one long hill. 😂 Last week after almost two years of parkrun I had a new PB stopping the clock at 30:03 which is getting close to under 30 minutes. 😁😀 Tomorrow I will see how much easier the St Francis Bay parkrun is. Please bless me with a good time.🙏 I am hoping for 27 something. I will receive it as my Christmas gift. Blessings for everyone's run tomorrow. May you have extra breaths for a PB.😆☺😊
