You can't see the flashing light on the back of my cap, but reflective strips around ankles, trousers etc. Be safe and be seen lol, had a few tooting car horns and yells from passing motorists and a few laughs all good humoured from various pedestrians.
Needed to add the little silver bell pinned to the back of my cap that tinkled all the way round

So many worry about their appearance and hence worry about going out for a run so I'm happy to make a bit of a fool of myself just to show you really don't have to worry
Merry Christmas to you and yours and of course "happy running"
You look fab. Best sight all day. Why didnt I think of battery run fairy lights to make me visible π
I most certainly did (wish I could get that bloody video to upload) and will be doing again.
One couple were laughing with joy and telling me it was wonderful, I asked them if they'd seen a sled go past as Santa had pulled off a bit sharp and I'd fallen of the back
That is bloody brilliant! I LOVE it! Now I wish I ran in the dark so I could do this......nah, I'll stick to my daylight runs and enjoy your runs, vicariously through you. Although that would be wonderful for my long run I've got planned for Christmas Eve π€
Tempting, very tempting. Instead of singing my normal rock and pop tunes as I run, I could sing Christmas carols, really loud instead of quietly to myself..... hubby might disown me or have me committed though π€£. It would help with getting in the Christmas spirit though (something I have been struggling a bit with. I just got back in from mailing my Christmas cards, oops)
There is one in Regina and Saskatoon, but nothing in Swift Current βΉοΈ. I was thinking of doing one of them but I'm working this year. Maybe next year. Did you guys get the insane amount of snow they were calling for in your area?
I 'm due to go and see the Northern Lights next Spring: perhaps you could save me the trouble and pop over?
Seriously, fantastic: a bundle of light on a dull day. Well done you.
Loving those lights, just discovered our burglars stole our Christmas lights and of course you only find out 9 months later... so could you do a quick run to Le Marche in Italy? I can offer a traditional Britalian lunch as a reward....
Except it is 2 degrees and the house is somewhat freezing, itβs like trying to warm up granite. Have a feeling it will just about be warm enough when itβs time to return!
Okay - I will work on that one - sorry for delay up to my ears in Christmas prep for visitors coming to Italy - mind you it is the 23rd already think I have missed the boat. Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family...
Well done! I have a similar outfit that I save for Christmas runs and a NYE race I do every year. May I recommend jingle bells on the shoelaces? It's a real hit.
I had a silver bell attached to the back of my cap which I thought may drive me a little crazy but oddly it didn't (maybe I'm already a little nuts lol)
Also this video of you you mention, nay, tease us with its existence - I wonder if someone* would help you upload it somewhere? Of course, that might mean you have to send it to the kind helper first
*(probably not me, I know next to nothing about putting videos on the internet)
You look great! Got to love some preeeeeeety lights! π we did out club run in fancy dress on tues and a few people had light like yours! Around 40 of us made an interesting sight through town! π
