Running in the Winter 3 ways

juicyju style:

1. Icy ground- hard on the balance, pretty scenery and sunrise.

2. Snowstorm in the dark- like watching a close range firework display and running on toasted marshmallows without the heat ( Obvs).

3. Slush- like a torture competition. Not to be advised.

Love the the hat. You always look such a happy runner 😀. I went Race walking round the athletic track on Thursday night And it was covered in ice slowest lap I’ve ever done, tense muscles all the way round. I am so injury prone on ice I can hardly walk on it. 😀. Now I wish I looked as happy and relaxed as you were.

Ice is so tricky and there are so many different kinds. You are sensible to be cautious!!! I really enjoyed running in the snowstorm it felt like a proper adventure !! Thankyou xx
