Well done! Like so many that have gone before you, you’ve realised this wasn’t mission impossible after working so hard to slowly and steadily build up your stamina. Enjoy week 6, and take advantage of the walk sections as they will soon disappear forever (but that’s ok as you won’t need them by then).

I think take it in sections of 5 minutes at a time once over 10 minutes you are over the hill and on the run in to the finish line πŸ˜€

Very well done... the lovely long runs follow and they are perfect for gentle relaxed running. Letting the newly found running legs carry you on until you find your happy pace:)

Well done- it really isnt horrible at all, and such a buzz when you do it. I jubilated all over the place after. The real acievement is the weeks of groundwork you have done to get this far, so feel proud of yourself πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’
