Got up this morning and had a burst of energy! It was only when into the first 90 second run that I thought this probably was not a great idea! It was icy and really cold but so glad I did it in the end! I really enjoyed it. Stepping up to 3 minutes was a little tougher but finding my recovery time has improved massively and I ready to go long before my time is up. So pleased I started this!

Good for you! It’s a fab programme which only requires you to complete each session. No need to hurry or push things Slow really is best for this job
