W6r3 done! Unlike other people on here it was only 22 minutes (must be a different app) but dare I say it was quite easy, I could have carried on a little longer. I can't believe it's only a week since I did the dreaded 20 minute w5r3! I can tell my pace was a little faster today too. My husband said today he can't believe I've stuck at it which is praise indeed seeing as it was him that made me do this. 6 weeks ago after a few weeks of walking I decided to go for a jog which ended in disaster. I went off too fast and turned round a couple of minutes later depleted and downcast after having a metallic blood taste in my mouth and nearly collapsing! I went home in a bad mood and my husband said 'well you're not really a long distance runner'. That was like a red rag to a bull and I googled 'can some people just not run?' That led me to c25k and I have not looked back since! Like a lot of people on here, I can't believe how well I'm doing and sort of even enjoying it. I'm even trying to recruit people and I know I've inspired some people at work who had to listen to me panicking about running 3 minutes a few short weeks ago! Now I'm like 20 minutes no problem. I feel so much better as well and I'm not scared of the weeks anymore because I know I can do it. Love c25k. πππ

Oh, well done! Im waiting to do that. My last run was Wednesday, then I was ill, and now the pavements are way too slippery for running shoes, so im very envious π
