We all get those days, running or not.
Pay it no heed, the important thing is you clocked up another run and you didn't stop till the end!
I ran the w7 run 1 yesterday and I was exactly the same. I did less distance and slower and less of an incline. Was disappointed when I got home, but I tell myself I still ran it, I didn't stop and although it was hard work I refuse to give up - even though I wanted to. I guess every now and then I am going to feel as though it is a slog and not enjoyable - I hope it's not every run!

I think maybe you're still recovering from the 25 minute run just 48hrs before? My legs felt heavy last night on the same run as you. I've made a promise to myself to use the next two runs as consolidation runs, and treat the next two weeks the same way, achieve on run 1 then consolidate on 2 & 3. Hopefully we'll find them a bit easier as we're not asking anymore of our bodies?
Im pretty sure that’s how the program for each week is planned: or at least cosolidation is thecaim of the run sequences, though sometimes the beginning of a week consolidates the end of the previous week.
Relax and let the legs take you.. slow and steady We are human...not automatons.... every rub cannot be perfect... just breathe, pull back and enjoy!
