Sorry to hear about your back issues and being on the couch – hope that you are on the mend very soon! I am on the armchair next to the couch, recovering from a sore hamstring. That is almost healed now, and as soon as I have shaken off the weird stomach virus I also have, I will be out there!
In the meantime, I stick two fingers up to winter and all the bl*&dy illnesses it brings and stops runners from running!
Thank goodness you’re still here...I’ve been waiting & was going to give it another couple of days before I started my hunt for you!!!!!! Take it easy with your back...yikes, I’ve onlt ever had back pain once in my life & it was one of the worst pains EVER...so I am sending you a hug and a back rub....& I hope you are back at it very soon...I’ll take you out with me next time I go so you don’t forget what it’s like xxx 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
Thanks for taking me for a run. I was last week in London walking by Hyde Park in the evening. And, oh my all the runners and cyclists, sooo many out there in cold (it was still the freezing weather) with happiness in their eyes I felt like I step in to my dream where everyone os running to motivate me and remind me during my IC break. It was sooo lovely. In my village there are only few of us.
My back is not so terribly painful, but it needs time and ease to heal. I felt in my life worse pain, so it's mostly constant annoying pain and sharp and horeibly painful.
I first need probably another couple of weeks of healing. I was told not to exercise, just walk. So the winter bear within me has not much to fight against and can fully take over :/
OMG O_O as I've noticed with my first few posts in this forum, the tags are crazy, I stopped looking at them. But System 'choking'?! Seriously?! According to what algorithm you figure That out?
