A little earlier today than my first two runs because I'm otherwise occupied tonight - benefit of working from home I guess.
So I make that 24 minutes I've run this week, 24 minutes I've run more this week than any week in my life so that is good progress. It's a lovely day here in the West of Scotland and my route was free from dog walkers and kids.
A few minor pains and some stiffness in general but nothing concerning. I did notice my calves were very firm feeling whilst on this run - not sure if that is a good or a bad thing... no pain.
A short cycle tomorrow and I'll start Week Two on Monday!
