Was dreading the run when I got up this morning after getting runners block on W8.
Was amazed to find it quite a comfortable run with tiredness not kicking in until MJ said " you're probably feeling tired now"....hadn't felt tired until he suggested it! I cracked on and felt better after a further 5mins so managed to up my pace a bit for the last minute. So pleased with myself today after last weeks disaster runs.
