Just completed my first park run in 40 mins. Was awake since 4a.m. worrying but cant believe Ive done it especially as I did a trial run last week and nothing inbetween. At 56 I feel quite chuffed. I got my 18 year old son to do it too.

Am loving all the stories of encouragement on here. Thanks everyone.

Well done ZamZam and I think 40 mins is a respectable time. I am thinking of it for the new year when the weather is warmer. I think my time will be nearer to 45 mins!!
