One of those nights!!! Was all excited about my graduation run then came home after a stressful day wondering will I won’t i.... & then decided to just go for it!! Out i went music on with laura, phone rang so breathlessly answered it😂😂😂good job it was a quick call! Then hailstones came down but carried on then phone rang again!! Only this time phone went dead! Forgot to check battery!!!! So no laura no music AGH!!! However im quite pleased as I carried on as had my watch on that gave me times & distance & did an extra minute just incase it was wrong so in the end can safely say run complete!! Yahoo!! Hard work but so chuffed 😊 so to everyone out there keep going this is a great program & forum thanks to everyone for helping me get back of the couch😊

Very well done to you Had similar tech issues last night on W8R1 ran to the sound of the traffic instead. I think the cold has the phone battery flatten it wimps out!

Yes, I like Laura too even when I'm not too fond of the music: it's very effective to get a steady pace. She's become a reassuring presence, so I'm also repeating week9 for a while until I feel fit enough to try something else or not. But for the moment, with the rainy snow (or snowy rain ), it's getting difficult to keep running 3 times a week. Hope you'll find it easier than me!

I know weather is awful here too hoping to get out Saturday/sunday & im same as you keeping to 30mins for a few weeks might try week 1 with faster 1 min runs to see if i get my speed up. But to be honest id live to keep to 3 days a week if i can! Roll on better weather 😊
