My first post been enjoying this so far and for someone overweight 52 with high blood pressure and an enlarged heart after W1R1 I never thought I’d be doing this. It’s only little steps but hopefully on the way to getting healthier and fit again for first time in many years

Welcome.

Just keep it nice and steady. No need to push hard to achieve the benefits. You body will adapt and strengthen just by using a gentle jog for each workout.

Always take your rest days.

If you don't complete a run, then repeat it after a rest day and when completed, move on.

This plan works. Enjoy it.

Well done warrenw65 on smashing your way into week 4..!! Sounds like you are very determined, and you're doing an amazing job.

I hope you've taken some time to read other people's posts and comments on here. They truly are an inspirational bunch and you will always get support and encouragement in bucket loads.

I love the programme, it was bloody tough at times, but this lovely lot were always there to lift and guide me.

Trust the programme, always take it slow and steady and you won't go far wrong.

If in doubt, do what I do and 'sloth' it 😊

Happy running 🤗
