There was always something which prevented me from running three times per week and therefore kept going back to 're-run' previous weeks to 'get me back there'!
I have just completed run three of week 9 and I'm determined to keep going - 3 times per week. Just downloaded to 10K app. Not sure but I'll give it a go!!
