Got out the door at 6:30 this morning, didn’t quit feel up to it, had runny nose and sore throat but I got out...

Tough going got to 20 minutes legs felt like lead and couldn’t catch my breath. Failed no it was a practice run !!!

Role on Wednesday try again..

I’m with you. I did wk7 r3 yesterday and it was really hard. I think there is mental leap to repeating long runs. The first is a sense of achievement, the second proves it wasn’t a fluke and the third (or 4th in the case of wk7) is just hard. That said 20 mins with an incoming cold is mammoth. You’ll storm it in a few days when you’re body has fought off the cold. As you say it’s not a fail well done for attempting it at all
