Is the jump to wk4 as daunting as it looks? 16 minutes running instead of 9!
I enjoyed wk3 but this is a huge step up.

No, it's not. I found the first 3min run a bit of a push, but once you've got that under your belt, doing the 5s is barely different. I even had a 9 day break due to a cold and went straight back into Wk4, where I'd stopped, without issue.
Ive just finished week 4 and am now stressing about week 5. Honestly, I think it’s par for the course. I think most of us worry. Probably best to adopt a wait and see attitude. It’s all been dooable so far for me, and Im an old bird with a dodgy knee and breathing problems.
Trust the plan and believe in yourself and just go as slow as you need to.
You will do it, honestly.
I always ponder how clever the plan is- every week I think I’ll never cope, but I always do.... Believe in yourself xx
I was very daunted but actually managed W4 relatively easily. I’ve done 4 W4 runs now just to make sure I’m ready to move on...I think each week’s transition looks daunting but I’m sure you’ll be fine
Thanks couchers! Thats eased a few worries.
I'm in the same position, due to start w4 in the morning and feeling a bit apprehensive. W3 was tough but I did manage to complete all the runs, it does seem such a big jump to w4 but I'm going to give it a try.
take a look at how many posts there are for W5 - all those folks got to W5, so have faith in the plan and your own abilities and you'll be at W5 in no time at all.
Happy running and good luck next time out
