Changed my route today thinking I'd need to with the extra running time. Big mistake as I hadn't realised it was bin day on this route! If negotiating the endless hills isn't enough the bins made them twice as long having to zigzag between them.
So it was a tough one but I amazingly managed it. Looking forward to Saturdays parkrun where I'll only have to avoid the occasional dog

Wheelie Bin Slalom, now that has a catchy ring to it...
You could tell us the rules... zigzagging allowed but what about realigning the bins to make sure they are in the right position for running around? Would that count as cross training effort?
