What fool decides to go out in a residential area on bin day? This fool!
I actually ended up quite enjoying dodging between the bins like a high skilled alpine skier (it was probably more graceful in my head than in reality).
At one awkward point I was keeping pace with the bin collectors - how often is it reasonable to politely nod and smile at the same person during a single run, I wonder?
Add to that the suicidal pigeon that sat right in my way at one point and it's fair to say W6R2 was quite eventful!
Also a bit of a tough one energy-wise, but maybe that was because of the bin agility test at the start...
Onwards to W6R3 - yikes!

Lol, that reminds me of the occasion of my second anniversary on graduating from C25K, I usually run my longer runs on a Wednesday but Thursday 18th June I ran my 9th 10K to celebrate.
Thursday is bin day on a small part of my 5K and 10K route, perhaps no more than 600 metres where there are houses, however, on that Thursday, like you I had to dodge all the bins that were waiting to be emptied, unlike you the bin men weren't collecting when I was running but I had to dodge all the bins which were on the pavements at various places, luckily I didn't trip over any, I am glad that Wednesday is my normal day for running, it would awkward for me if I had to do that run every time the bins were due to be emptied.
Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 6, that is the last run with interval walks and runs, from now on starting with run 3 of week 6 it is non stop running with a 25 minute run, once you have completed it you will be officially a runner 🏃🏾.
