Came home from work, shattered and extremely p**d off - so didn’t want to do

My πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ but I missed Monday and a 12 hour shift yesterday- today had t be the day or I’d loose my momentum again!! So sucked it up and did it - feel so much better- work stress banished - feeling fab πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done! It's amazing how a run can help clear your mind and improve a πŸ’©day. Be careful to not run too fast when your mad running - easy to do but can result in injury if your body isn't conditioned to it.
