Hello everyone, newbie to the community :). I did my W8R1 yesterday round a park round ours. I found this more difficult than 3 runs on W7 but i perserved on and finished without stopping. Running for 20 odd minutes was something I could never do in the past. The Couch to 5K and my guide (Michael Johnson) has been really helpful so. Loved all the support, articles on this forum, all the best to everyone and be safe x T

Well done for carrying on...you sound like you definitely have the motivation to get through this programme. Try changing up the route or listening to a podcast to distract you from the time. It still works with the app. 😎👀👍
