That was tough,my knees are aching and don’t know how I’m going to manage wk 4 and run for 5mins, my knees are so stiff.

You can always take an extra rest day if they’re still aching. It might be worth thinking about including some strengthening get exercises on your rest days too: maybe lunges, squats or something. I hope they ease up soon.

There’s a suite of strength and flexibility exercises that complement C25K. I’m sure some are designed for knees!
