Core strength inspiration...

As promised, here is an inspirational quote that I have seen about core strength...& today, this means so much to me....as we travel through our lives, we meet people who have an effect on us & have a positive influence on us...by being there when we need them, leaving us alone when we don’t...but always being there....no matter what. This quote, although it may not be what was expected of me...just says so much. If we build up our core strength, it helps us to become strong mentally too, to help us through what life throws at us....gives us....or takes away from us....

My sympathies. These things exhaust you like nothing else. Strange thing is though, that when someone you loved and who loved you dies, you never quite lose them. I lost my mum many years ago now, but the memory of her still makes me smile. Take care now.

That's a true quote there, I've seen this many times. There's a lot that can be conquered through our thoughts, but being strong in body just reinforces our mind and thoughts and we can become a stronger person in acts and deeds.

So pleased it all went today, such an emotional time for everyone concerned. Hope the little ones were okay too. Can't imagine how it must have been for everyone xx

A great quote by Mr Rollins, who fully backed it up. Glad to hear today went as well as it could have.

Love this quote 💕 They say that when you keep people in mind it also makes them stronger. I’m guessing a lot of other people as well as myself kept you in mind today 💜 Hugs 🤗

Rollins knows what he is talking about...

Today must have been very hard on all of you, and grief is exhausting and draining. I hope your run helps you process some of it all and to restore some balance.

I think this is a really delicate moment for her family. In the early times, although the shock and grief is very raw, there are always people around to keep you afloat, and all the "practicalities" (for want of a better word) occupy your time and demand that you keep things together. But once this moment has passed, the void can really seem to open up. Although her close family will need time alone to work through grief - a journey that offers no shortcuts - they will also still need to be buoyed up as the weeks and months pass.

Thinking of you and sending you my love. xx
