Puddles and mud!

3rd parkrun done today and it was the most enjoyable yet! No PB but leaping puddles and slapping through mud made it more fun! I am addicted!

I didn't go to mine because as I was driving there, it started to really rain - I chickened out! Then by 9am, I regretted it because the sun came out and it was glorious!

So I ran up the road to town and my family met me in a cafe there. I ate a yummy gruyere and chive scone and felt great!

Well done embobs! 👏👏👏 I think it’s fun running in adverse conditions. On my run on Thursday I was splashed by cars going through puddles several times and I loved it! 🏃‍♀️💦🏃‍♀️💦🏃‍♀️💦🏃‍♀️

Did my 3rd as well today! Slow but loved it, I really love volunteering too! Our park run is only 6 runs old and haven't missed one yet!

Ours is about to hit 500 so an old one! I’m going to volunteer in a few weeks, it’s so great! I love the atmosphere!
