I did these, as well as plenty of 30min runs and then reaching the 5k goal before starting Ju ju's up to 10k plan.
I'm sure you will get some great advice from Tim and Oldfloss. 😊xxx

Bluebirdrunner has given you the link They are fun... after Graduation and some sound consolidation of the 30 minute runs, they are really useful for the discipline within our running.
Stepping Stones... you either love or loathe ( Bit like Marmite:)) I found it odd and ended up doing a weird soft'shoe shuffle dance...
Speed, is very useful for building up... err.. speed Taking you onwards... I use it on its own, if I an short of time... or within another longer run, for a burst of speed
Stamina.. is great... steady and slow... building up the strength and stamina we need to progress on our running journey I use it again, on its own or in longer runs and really enjoy it.
I did each of the podcasts three times within three weeks..Stepping Stones Week 1.. etc etc... to see what they were about, and which I enjoyed and found useful.
They are I feel, extremely helpful.... not for everyone... but maybe as and when give them a go
