Hi Ed, Its a one of a set of three podcasts designed to follow on from C25K. Not tried them myself yet, but will do after graduating.

I've listend to the intro. Laura says you have to run to the beat so 1,2,3,4 1,2,3,4 and that the bpm changes pace and you need to keep up.

i've just completed the stepping stones podcast for the first time and found it enjoyable but it did have me running slower than I normally do (4K versus around 4.8K in the 30mins). Think it might be good for pacing yourself as I always set off way too fast, slow down in the middle and then speed up again. I felt like I was almost walking but felt really good even at the end. Good luck with the C25K plan, you'll be completing these podcasts before you know it ;-)
