Somewhat nervously I did the first run of week 9 and completed it this morning! Whats this? me running for 30 mins? Surely not! Oh yes it was!
Given sore calves last time, I took an extra days rest and critically
I followed mentors advice ( thank you old floss) and took it steady. Result I ran only a couple of hundred metres more than on my 28 min run, but feel great. Treated myself to some new running shoes, now that my addiction is beginning to become confirmed.
