Earphones advice please

I am using my phone happily with Laura and Mapmyrun (occasionally) and plan when I graduate to use a music playlist or maybe audio books - still need distracting from those whinging " can I stop now ?" thoughts. Are there good wire free earphones to be had that would work with my elderly iPhone? ( iPhone 5). Technology is not my thing - happy to benefit from other people's knowledge!! 😁

I have ancient iPhone 5 and I use August Bluetooth headphones. I get on with them really well. SM just cuts in through my music so I know where I am. As do either Fitbit or Strava.

Go to Amazon and buy MPOW brand earphones for about £15. You won’t be disappointed and they will work with your iPhone.
