I have decided I prefer to run when it’s a cold morning. It was beautiful today and I even managed to appreciate it when I was walking.
That’s three mins under the belt here’s to managing 5 on Monday!

Go for it - I can't bring myself to run in the morning yet - but I'm planning on making my last run a morning run, mainly because it clashes with my works christmas do and I plan on being a very fit pissed bloke that night!
Glad to hear you've got through week 3 successfully - and good like for week 4, I'm sure you'll breeze it.
Thank you! And well done to you too in finishing week 3. I like morning runs, currently it’s not dark, if the weather is nice I get splendid sunrises where I live and there are less cars on the roads.
I worked out my weeks and if I carry on as I am my last week is between Christmas and new year, I may have to do some tweaking of days.
Good luck for Saturday!
Well done. I'm looking forward to week 4 on Monday too. I felt energised last night, but I'm quite tired this morning, so I think two recovery days is a good idea. Swimming today instead. I would love to run in the mornings, but I have to walk the dogs, and then I want a cuppa and Facebook session.
Dog walking is important! There is something called canicross that a friend does with her dogs so maybe you can involve them in the future post c25k
Dennis, our Collins X, is getting rickety and arthritic, but I might take Isha, my lurcher bitch, with me on runs once I've finished the c25k program. Can't take her before as she will disrupt my timing by stopping for wees and poos!
