Hi guys. Well I've been out all day and not long got home. I'm due to start Week 8 today but plans don't always go accordingly.
To be honest with you my body is tired but my mind wants me to go for a run.
What should I do???

Rest up... run tomorrow.. the run will be there
Rest so you don't get another injury (or sickness)!!!!
You know what guys, I couldn't relax so I went for my run. Glad I did aswell.x
