Finding it hard this week shook the cold off and ankle feeling better but just struggling πcanβt get in a rhythm breathing all over the place canβt say Iβm enjoying it anymore. I was so positive on Wk 5. Not sure if I should go back a week ??

Don't go back, just slow down.
You can't maintain the same pace now the runs are longer. The speed will build with time, but you do not build a running body if you are not getting good oxygen flow throughout the body.
