Tough one today - so cold out there which doesn’t help. Spent the first 5 mins mithering about niggly pains, breathing, runny nose, bra strap digging in, all part of that settling into the run thing! Then lifted head and looked around and tried to focus on the surroundings. The 3 min walk flew by (standard) and the next run included the climb to the church. Love it when sometimes I get to walk that bit. Second 10 mins easier and I was almost home so had to walk past my house to get the 5 min cool down.

I really am hoping for some warmer temps for the last part of this programme 🤞

Makes such a difference to your run when you have hills to climb. It always a lottery whether I get the walk or run up. Mostly running from now on 😫

I hate those little niggles!

I'm looking forward to warmer weather too - though I like the frosty sunny mornings.
