Well done,👍 my run today too so il make sure to put my positive hat on😂the week 6 is tougher than you think it will be! However you are now well on track to the finish line🏃🏃...fantastic feeling this running😊hard going sometimes but worth it, now enjoy rest day!
Thank you enjoy your run today sending positive vibes from chilly Cornwall, definitely worth it 👍😀
Congratulations I found some of Run 1 week 6 tough on my legs too. It’s mad that the longer run didn’t seem to hurt them as much somehow! I’ve got run two tomorrow so will push through it as you’ve proved it can be done! Good luck with run 3 hopefully it will be better in the legs than stoping and starting! 😀
Top Job! That’s my run for tomorrow so will heed your words of encouragement. Loved week 5 run 3 but found yesterday a bit more of a challenge and felt a little nauseous towards the end which is a new one! I think my hat made my head too warm! Keep up the great work and here’s to 3.5 more weeks...
Well done. I found the first two runs in Week 6 tough. If you look at the time on the whole run it is increased from Week 5 so it’s conditioning you for those upcoming longer runs. Keep up the good work. I’m on week 7 and loving it
Sometimes it is tough.. I did a 2K ( should have been longer....) and it took an age and I really struggled .
Go you for getting out there and for keeping it steady.. it is all too easy to really push too hard, as many have learned, to their cost.
You are doing wonderfully... and heading towards the lovely long relaxed runs
Well 6 was the hardest for me but you have proved you can do it 👍
Sorry for the late reply on this one. You deserve a massive pat on the back for not giving up. It might not have felt too good but it will have built your stamina and you’ll see the results for R3 😃 well done happyhammer!
