Lots of people find w6r2 hard. You're definitely not alone. Don't dwell too much on one bad run.

Week 6 wasn't my best! Just go as slow as you can, slower if possible and keep going. It will click at some point 🙂

I've got w6r2 in the morning. I'm saying to myself it's only 10 minutes. The 25 minute one later in the week is another matter but it's only two 10 minutes plus a bit 😁😁

W6 is a tough week. Take it slow and you will reach the end. It’s the transition to non-stop running and completing R3 shows you can do all of W7.

Jodie just slow it down even further, its just about the time from here on speed will come in the future. Believe me youve practiculary cracked it, you are now a runner for sure, hang in there you will do it.

I’d been worried after seeing comments about wk6, Jodie. I did wk6r2 this morning, and I really do think the answer is to slow down. I just told myself to keep it slow and steady right from the start, and not to get carried away, and things seemed to go OK.

I suspect it’s easy for all of us to go too fast again after successfully doing the wk5r3 20min run, because we see we don’t have to run continuously for so long at the start of wk6. Hopefully the next 25min run will help us find our slow and steady pace more easily. I’m putting my faith in the programme getting us this far successfully, so hope that wk6r3 will go fine for both of us. 😊❤️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
