I'd echo the above - get comfortable running 3 x 30m - maybe trying to increase distance covered (i.e. speed) work in a park run each week - as running with others (if you've been a solo runner to date) is different - try not to let the speeds they run dictate how you run - take it at your own pace and good luck - and congratulations on getting this far.
Well done, and I think we told you that you would get there.
It is indeed a remarkable little, life changing training plan.
What you do in the future depends on what you want to do in the future. C25Kers go off in all directions. The important thing at this stage is to get the habit well and truly ingrained into your life.
Well done you fantastic job well done enjoy the moment 👏👏
Nicely done, consolidate, consolidate consolidate. Focus on getting that 5k or whichever distance it is you fancy under your belt so its comfortable, then you can decide are you going for time or distance or are you going to mix it up a bit. I've found that through focussing on the 5k, that in time as my distance has improved, I actually prefer the longer runs of 10k. But I couldn't have found that out, unless I'd got the shorter (I know get me right, talking about 5k being short, when I used to struggle to do 5m!) ones sorted
