I was actually really looking forward to this run today and feeling so chuffed with my progress. I just wish my legs could feel less tired. Still, running for 5 mins is a big achievement already. Run 3 - bring it on 🏃🏃🏃

Thanks Oldfloss; I am. I do Bikram Yoga, swimming as well as some cycling and total body conditioning. Try to mix it up through the week and yet nothing has tested my stamina more than this running programme. I don’t know if I can say I’m loving it yet although I do love the challenge of it and that glorious feeling of achievement every time I complete a run. Overall I can say wholeheartedly I think it’s great and this forum is fab. Tx for spurring me on. 👍👌
Go you...phew!!! No wonder your legs are tired...!
Mine are too.. but that is because on the two days I care for my granddaughter, small runner in training.. we walk for miles and miles... well, I walk and she in her buggy...coaching me 10 miles yesterday!! I swear my legs are shorter than before she was born!
I think we are lucky if we feel the love.. I discovered very early on, I really, really enjoyed the whole thing, mainly because it freed my writing skills again ! Run and rambles!
The forum is fantastic.. I get so much from it and learn so much too!
