Or at least jog 😂. Had a bit of a hiccup after the first run of week 5 on Saturday - my knee causing pain. I rested for an extra day, iced it and it felt heaps better today. So pleased i completed tonight’s session.

Well done! Actually you can run for 16 minutes, with a brisk walk in the middle. So you actually been very active for 21 minutes already. Run 3 is ace :-)

Thank you, I’m quite looking forward to run 3...thinking about changing my route though. I’m running out of pavement 😂😂

Definitely a plan! I find a new route is great for distracting you from how long you've run for. I promise you, you CAN physically do 20 minutes, though do take it nice and slow. The main battle I think is a mental one. You got this!

Interesting footnote: I distracted myself from the time on W5R3 by getting lost. If this had been intentional, it would have been a great idea :P

Thanks Jan. I’m using a knee support and taking it steady.

Well done you! I can't believe that will be me next week, hopefully. It's amazing how your body adapts and how quickly strength and endurance builds. You'll soon be graduating and what a great end to 2017, to be able to jog for 30 minutes?! Never would have believed it possible. Keep going!! X

It is a brilliant program, feeling better every week. I’m asthmatic too and it’s really helped - not too out of breath anymore. Good luck with next week!
