Mental issues on this one. Nearly talked myself out if it. Tough few minutes until i fixed my breathing. Once i was getting good air things got better. Still v hard though.

Great job! I think I've found pretty much every run hard. The big one next for you....just start slow and realky pace yourself you will love the feeling you get when you finish it!

Well done for keeping it together and seeing it through, still building strength and stamina so yes it's challenging BUT every run you do strengthens you that little bit more and gets you ready for the next run
