Just showed me how your body settles into running a longer time/distance pace and breathing wise. Swapping in and out of running and walking was much harder work.

I was surprised too at how hard wk6r1 felt ... I guess there must be a reason for going back to start/stop run/walk again. I've noticed that a lot of people say they don't like wk6. I've just done wk6r2 - two 10 mins runs with a 3 mins walk in the middle - which I found easier than r1. At the end Jo said it's all longer runs after this. All the best for the rest of the week wk6!
I think some of the idea is that week 5 builds you up to that 20 minute run, then week 6 is a similar structure building up to a bit longer, but definitely think there's a bit of "look, now you really want to run continuously, see?" psychology in there
